Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using the grooming services provided by GrowthAutomations Groomax ("we," "our," or "us"), located at 742 Bark Boulevard, Portland, OR 97205, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

GrowthAutomations Groomax provides professional pet grooming services including but not limited to bathing, haircuts, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and specialty treatments. Service availability, pricing, and scope may vary and are subject to change. Current pricing is listed on our Services page and confirmed at the time of booking.

Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled by contacting us via phone, email, or our website contact form. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or loss of scheduling priority.

Pet Health and Safety

For the safety of all animals and staff, we require that pets brought in for grooming are current on vaccinations, including rabies. Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, behavioral concerns, or medications your pet is currently taking.

If we discover a health concern during grooming (such as parasites, skin infections, or lumps), we will notify you and may recommend veterinary consultation. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if an animal poses a safety risk to our staff or other animals.

Grooming Results

We follow breed-specific grooming protocols and strive for consistent, high-quality results. However, the final outcome may be affected by your pet's coat condition, matting severity, temperament, and cooperation during the grooming process. Severely matted coats may require a shorter cut than originally requested for the animal's comfort and health.

Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your pet's safety, grooming involves inherent risks including but not limited to minor nicks, clipper irritation, or stress-related reactions. We carry appropriate business liability insurance and will notify you immediately of any incident during your pet's grooming session.

GrowthAutomations Groomax is not liable for pre-existing conditions discovered during grooming, allergic reactions to standard grooming products when no allergy was disclosed, or behavioral injuries resulting from a pet's unpredictable actions.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Pricing is based on the service package selected, your pet's size, breed, and coat condition. Additional charges may apply for severely matted coats, de-shedding treatments, or specialty services not included in the base package.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of GrowthAutomations Groomax and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Multnomah County, Oregon.
